My goal is to continue to share my understanding and experience with others, assist providers and individuals on ways to work effectively with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I provide trainings, talks and presentations on a local, national and international level as well as training and consultation services at my agency, school and in the community. My areas of interest vary, and include children and adolescent mental health, school based mental health, women's health, cultural identity, immigration, Asian American and South Asian mental health.

I am working on numerous local trainings on relationships, multicultural counseling, parent workshops (i.e. supporting new moms, how to talk to your teens), Indian girls and growing up in America, immigration, building girls self esteem and more.  If you would like me to provide a workshop to your organization, please contact
