Welcome to my website! I love my work as a therapist, professor and advocate. My goal is to support you on where you are right now and get you to where you want to be. My whole philosophy is to help you create change through understanding your needs and finding appropriate services. As a therapist, advocate, teacher, consultant, writer and parent I understand first hand these various perspectives, and the need for a holistic approach.  In my work I practice a collaborative, holistic and warm approach.
